Completed in April 2021, the 8.2 MW Hancock Solar Project is Vena Energy’s fifth renewable energy project in Taiwan and consists of 21,780 photovoltaic solar panels that produce up to 11,588 MWh annually. Compared to conventional thermal energy generation, the Hancock Solar Project will reduce approximately 5,898 tonnes of greenhouse emissions every year and saving up to 10 million litres of water annually, while providing clean energy to around 2,926 local households annually.
